International Conference on Engineering Education ICEE-2003 Valencia, Spain, July 22-26, 2003 8. CALL FOR PAPERS Educational Robotics Papers are solicited on the subject of learning engineering and science through design, constructing, and operating robot systems. Submissions examining robotics courses and their educational outcomes are particularly encouraged. Topics for discussion include but are not limited to constructionism, integrated curricula, educational processes and outcomes, learning environments, robot platforms and construction kits, team-based design, explorations in spatial and physical operation, real-time programming paradigms, educational impact of robot competitions, and collaboration between academia and elementary and high schools. This conference emphasizes development of international partnerships in education and research. Through special sessions and international workshops, it provides ample opportunity for discussing future cooperative projects.
