Communication or Poster Authors are given the option of choosing whether they prefer to present their Paper by means of an oral Communication or a Poster. Contributors interested in presenting a Communication or Poster, must send an Abstract (maximum 350 words) written in English before 30 January 2003. If accepted, participants must send a Paper of 4-8 pages before May 15. Accepted Communications or Posters will have their Abstract published in the Abstract Volume of the Conference and their Paper will appear in the Cd Proceedings of the Conference. Conference rooms will be provided with overhead projector and PC. If you need any other technical requirements please contact us in good time so that this may be arranged. Posters will be fixed on support of 150cm x 250cm. Authors may download the paper submission details (font, format, etc.) from HERE. Illustrator Use this file if you want to send your poster in Illustrator or Corel format (layout PDF) PDF file If you do not use Freehand, Illustrator or Corel, this file includes the guidelines you should follow.The ICEE logo, poster title and number must be located in the place indicated in the template This will leave 70 x 90 cms actual space for the poster content. Logo This JPG file contains the conference logo and should be included in your poster as shown in the PDF file.   Please bring your poster already printed to Valencia. We will not be able to print posters here. Poster registration will take place on Monday, 21 July, between 7-8.30pm and on Tuesday, 22, 11-12noon. From May 31 to June 30, 2003 : 530 euros A 50% refund will be issued on all written cancellations received by 30th June 2003; no refunds will be given for cancellations after this date, although substitutions are permitted with advance notification in writing. Registered attendees paying regular full registration rate will receive free copies of the INEER book Companion Fees Before May 31, 2003: 190 euros.
