How To Use This CD-ROM

This CD-ROM uses Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) to link within and among documents, as well as to the Internet, and can be viewed using the popular Web browsers. Links used in this CD include:

• Links between the Table of Contents and Papers. Click on the highlighted title of the paper you want to read, and that paper will be instantly displayed. To return to the Table of Contents, click on the "icee" link at the bottom of each paper.

• Links from text of paper to tables and figures. Tables and figures are displayed within the paper, but at times appear paragraphs down from the textual reference. To jump down to the figure, click on the highlighted figure reference (i.e., the words "Figure 1" in blue text) and it will be immediately displayed. To return to your place in the text, click "up," (at the end of the figure/table caption) highlighted in blue.

• E-mail links. Activate your Internet connection and send the principal author e-mail (when provided by the author).

• World Wide Web Links. Activate your Internet connection and browse the Web links provided by the author.

  *NOTE: The Internet changes rapidly. The links provided on this CD-ROM were accurate as of the conference date. We are not responsible for "broken" Web or e-mail links.

Each paper can be printed by using the Print function of your Web browser.
