Papers are solicited broadly on the subject of multimedia enhanced laboratory classes. Multimedia enhancement can include items such as video clips, audio clips, and animations. Topics include all aspects of the development, use and assessment of web-based and CD-ROM based multimedia laboratory classes or modules. Examples of such topics include, but are not limited to virtual laboratories, laboratory simulations, laboratory manuals, training on equipment usage, and laboratory classes in remote learning environments. Papers on completed work and ongoing activities are welcome.
This conference emphasizes development of international partnerships in education and research. Through special sessions and international workshops, it provides ample opportunity for discussing future cooperative projects.
