On behalf of the National Organizing Committee of iCEER-2005, I would like
to invite you to participate in the iNEER Conference for Engineering
Education and Research (iCEER-2005), to be held in Tainan, Taiwan, during
March 1-5, 2005.

The website of iCEER-2005 now is ready to accept online submission of
abstracts. Please note that the due date for abstract submission is August 20, 2004 [Editor’s note: This has been extended; see website below]. We sincerely welcome you to contribute a paper abstract, so that you can share your innovative ideas and experiences with experts from all
over the world. For more details, please visit our website at

The objective of iCEER is focused on promoting the international
collaboration on engineering education and research. Papers with new ideas,
methodologies, international partnerships and results with regard to
engineering education and research are welcome.  Please refer to the website
for the major topics of iCEER-2005. Also, organizing a particular session on
a special topic is also welcome.

We sincerely hope that you can participate in iCEER-2005 conference and
encourage your colleagues to contribute papers. Your support and
