The undersigned hereby assigns all copyrights to the Programme Committee of the 2002 International Conference on Engineering Education (ICEE2002) in the above-titled work to be effective as of the date published.  The undersigned hereby represents and warrants that the work is original and that he/she is the author of the work, except possibly for material such as text passages, figures and data that clearly identify the original source, with permission notices from the copyright owners where required.  The undersigned represents that he/she  has the power and authority to make and execute this assignment.

If each author’s signature does not appear below, then the signing author(s) represent that they sign this agreement as authorised agent(s) for and on behalf of all the authors.

The Programme Committee of ICEE2002 shall have the right to register copyright to the above-titled work in its name as claimant.  Also, the Programme Committee of ICEE2002 shall have the right to grant reprint and reproduce permission to third parties and to negotiate and receive reasonable royalties in such instances.

Authors (or their employers, in the case of works made for hire) reserve all other rights to the above work including:

(a)    The right to use the work in future works of their own;

(b)    All proprietary rights other than copyright;

(c)    The right of the employer to make copies of the work.

In the event the above work is not published by the ICEE2002, this agreement becomes null and void.
