iNEER REFUND POLICY

a. iNEER Special Volumes

Within 21 days: A credit will be issued at price on receipt or shipping document accompanying original shipment to customer. Customer wishing to return a book or books to iNEER must obtain prior authorization from iNEER. To obtain such authorization, send an e-mail about intent to return books to the iNEER Secretariat at ineer@ineer.org within 21 day from the postmark date of original shipment from iNEER.

Books must be new and unread, in saleable condition and must be accompanied by a receipt or original shipping document accompanying original shipment to customer.

After 21 days or without a receipt or original shipping document, books are not returnable.

Shipping costs: Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with all returns.

b. Page Charges on Papers Submitted to iNEER

1. If the paper is not accepted by the Board of Editors, page charges will be refunded in full.

2. If the paper is withdrawn by the authors after the reviews are sent to them to revise the paper, or, if the authors do not revise the paper and there is no reasoned rebuttal, page charges will be refunded minus a processing fee equal to 25% of the page charges received, less the costs of credit card fees or bank transfer fees incurred by iNEER, if credit card or bank transfer is used for payment of page charges.

3. Each refund will be made in the form of an iNEER check drawn on a U.S. bank.
