All abstracts and papers are going to be submitted through the conference papers submission website, starting from December 1, 2004. Extended abstract due date is March 15, 2005. Aabstract submission is also possible through e-mail to the ICEE 2005 Secretariat, mainly in case of problems in accessing the ICEE 2005 website.

The abstracts and papers format should be either Microsoft Word (.doc) or Adobe Acrobat (.pdf). It is suggested that the abstract is 300-500 words long and the paper is 5-6 pages long, exceptions will be considered by the organisers on individual basis.

Final Paper Submission Format Guidelines:

• Microsoft Word File,
• Adobe Acrobat PDF File - to use with word processors besides Microsoft Word.

Each participant will receive at least the printed book of abstracts and CD with all abstracts and papers. The abstracts, papers and presentations would be also available at the conference website. It is planned to publish the ICEE 2005 proceedings with all full papers and abstracts.

Full papers will be reviewed by the ICEE 2005 Technical Committee (composed of editors) and on this basis the final decision concerning the acceptance of the paper will be taken.
